Israel Bimpe, Country Manager for GLOBHE in Rwanda, has been selected as one of the few members of the Global Shapers Community featured in Forbes Africa during The World Economic Forum on Africa earlier this month for his work on drones tech in health and humanitarian services.
GLOBHE is honoured to have been selected to fly in the UNICEF humanitarian drone corridor in Malawi. The Government of Malawi and UNICEF have announced the establishment of an air corridor to test potential humanitarian use of unmanned aircraft systems. The corridor is the first in Africa and one of the first globally with a focus on humanitarian and development use.
Our CEO and Founder, Helena Samsioe, is featured in Swedish Business Magazine Veckans Affärer. Helena talks about social entrepreneurship, the potentials of drones for cargo delivery and mapping, and the GLOBHE mission of showing companies and organizations how to use drones to optimize their operations and improve global health at the same time.
