  1. DEFINITIONS
  1. An “order” constitutes an instance where you either request data to be collected through a custom one-time order, or as a part of the subscription plan, or it is a purchase of existing data in the Globhe data library. For order limitations for each industry vertical please refer to each industry vertical description below.  These Product Specific Terms and conditions for subscription apply only to our subscription service. Our general Terms and Conditions apply also to the purchase of existing data from the Data library and to single one-time orders.
  2. “Data delivery” means the successful uploading of drone data by the drone operators of drone data collected with instructions from the order onto Globhe servers or other relevant premises for final transfer to the ordering party.

  7. “Flight hours” mean the accumulated time the drones are being operated.
  8. “Plans” means Drone data subscription plans, either Asset Based Plan, Linear Based Plan, or Areal Based Plan.
  9. “Asset Based Plan” means a monthly or annual subscription plan intended for single/multiple asset documentation such as telecom towers or wind turbines. Example data deliverables can include raw imagery, thermal imagery, 2D orthomosaic maps, and 3D models.
  10. “Areal Based Plan” means a monthly or annual subscription plan intended for large area documentation such as open fields and forest areas. Example data deliverables can include raw imagery,2D orthomosaic maps, 3D maps, Digital Terrain Models (DTMs), and Digital Surface Models (DSMs).
  11. “Linear Based Plan” means a monthly or annual subscription plan intended for linear documentation such as power lines, rivers or coastal lines. Example data deliverables can include raw imagery, 3D models,  LiDAR point clouds, Digital Terrain Models (DTMs), and Digital Surface Models (DSMs).

Globhe Subscription Fees

While there is no fee associated with creating a user account, there is however a fee for our Drone Data subscription plans; (i) Asset Based Plans, and (ii) Areal Based Plans, and (iii) Linear Based Plans.

By selecting a subscription plan you agree to pay a monthly or annual advance subscription fee for the delivery of drone data. It is your sole responsibility to create the orders that will be delivered to you included in the chosen subscription service.

Each subscription plan contains a predetermined quota. The quota depends on the industry category and is outlined in the following sections in this document and may be subject to change without notice at any time at the sole discretion of Globhe.

Quotas

If you reach your maximum quota limit within your subscription plan during your subscription period, you may order any additional data by either buying a single one-time order or upgrading the subscription plan. We may invoice you for any use in excess of your maximum quota.

General Limitations

You agree to not use the Plans in any manner that exceeds typical use projections, including but not limited to flight hours, ha, and km and any use in excess of such projections may be charged by us.

No orders can be made on a flight altitude that exceeds 120m. If you need a higher altitude this will be subject to a separate quote from us.

The Globhe orders are as a standard conducted with the following parameters: 110m AGL altitude, 70% lateral and frontal overlap, 5m/s speed. Should you request other parameters,  the price can be affected, and you will be notified thereof.

Any costs for additional flight permits, and other similar additional costs resulting from non-standard operation parameters, will be added and charged at the sole discretion of Globhe. Any costs for special certification, licensing, or similar will be agreed upon.

We may change the limits that apply to your use of the subscription plans at any time at our sole discretion and prior notification to you. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion and without details or reasons.

Linear Based Plans limitations

One order in Linear Based Plans equals 10km. The Linear Based Plans are based on a predetermined number of monthly orders, where each 10km counts as one fulfilled order.

The maximum order quota in the subscription plan determines the maximum number of kilometers the order(s) can cover. In cases where such an order exceeds the monthly quota it will automatically be declined.

If you need more data you need to upgrade to a larger plan or purchase an additional single one-time order. Any additions outside of the purchased subscription plan will be charged separately.

Asset based plans limitations

One order in Asset based plans equals up to five (5) asset. The Asset based plans are based on a predetermined number of monthly orders, where each five (5) asset counts as one order.

The maximum order quota in the subscription plan determines the maximum number of assets the order(s) can cover. In cases where such an order exceeds the monthly quota it will automatically be declined.

If you need more data you need to upgrade to a larger plan or purchase an additional single one-time order. Any additions outside of the purchased subscription plan will be charged separately.

Areal plans limitations

The minimum individual order is 100 ha. Any order for less than 100 ha will be automatically counted as 100 ha.

For Basic areal plans, This plan includes data collection orders for up to 500 ha. This package includes up to five (5) separate orders, which the plan’s quota (500 ha) can be divided into.  One order can normally take a maximum of five (5) days to complete. Orders exceeding this will be subject to individual pricing, or subject to upgrading your plan.

For Advanced areal plans, This plan includes data collection orders for up to 1,000 ha. This package includes up to ten (10) separate orders, which the plan’s quota (1,000 ha) can be divided into. One order can normally take a maximum of ten (10) days to complete. Orders exceeding this will be subject to individual pricing, or subject to upgrading your plan.

For Premium areal plans, This plan includes data collection orders for up to 2,500 ha. This package includes up to twenty-five (25) separate orders, which the plan’s quota (2,500 ha) can be divided into. One order can normally take a maximum of twenty-five (25) days to complete. Orders exceeding this will be subject to individual pricing, or subject to upgrading your plan.

Governing law and arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish laws, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (the “SCC”). The Rules for Expedited Arbitration shall apply, unless the SCC, taking into account the complexity of the case, the amount in dispute and other circumstances, determines, in its own discretion, that the Arbitration Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce shall apply. In the latter case, the SCC shall also decide whether the arbitral tribunal shall be composed by one or three arbitrators. The place of arbitration shall be Stockholm. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.

Individual pricing, on-demand

Should any of the pre-existing offered subscription packages not suit your needs, please contact Globhe and we can offer an individual subscription package tailored to your specific needs.

The following additional technologies are subject to individual pricing, and can not be calculated without the assistance of your contact person at Globhe.

LiDAR

LiDAR, which stands for Light Detection And Ranging, is a remote sensing method that uses light in the form of a pulsed laser to measure ranges (variable distances) to the Earth

Thermal

Survey with a thermal camera and quickly identify targets with abnormal heat signatures. Thermal surveys can help identify heat loss to improve energy efficiency; can locate water leaks or moisture ingress or faults with wiring and other electrical components. They are also very beneficial in forestry as they help identify early fire risks before they develop and spread.

Multi-spectral

Multispectral imaging (MSI) involves capturing images of a scene or object over multiple discrete wavelength bands and extracting spectral content from that data. Can be used to determine vegetation health etc.

Hyper-spectral

Hyperspectral imaging (HSI) analyzes a wide spectrum of light instead of just assigning primary colors (red, green, blue) to each pixel. The light striking each pixel is broken down into many different spectral bands in order to provide more information on what is imaged. Can be used to identify vegetation species etc.

Near Infrared

The near infrared (NIR) comprises low frequency radiation adjacent to red hues in the visible. The major advantage of using the NIR: its sensitivity to vegetation type, density, water content, and general plant health.
